MT Group ranked #3 among Lithuania’s Top Employers Nationwide
We are proud to be recognized as the 3rd best employer in Lithuania in the newly published TOP 100 Employers ranking by Scoris.
What makes this recognition particularly meaningful is its methodology. Unlike traditional employer rankings based on surveys or popularity, this evaluation is built on objective official data from Lithuania’s public institutions, including Sodra, the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI) and the Centre of Registers. The assessment considers measurable indicators such as salary levels and growth, employee stability, financial performance and tax discipline.
According to the published ranking, MT Group’s average gross salary reached €4,036 per month, increasing by 17.8% year-on-year, placing the company among Lithuania’s leading employers. The top three positions were occupied by Ignitis Gamyba, Grigeo Tissue and MT Group.
